Our Spanish rental properties all benefit from beaches, swimming pools, cafes, bars, restaurants, shops and activities being within a few minutes walk.

Sea views from all windows and balconies will relax you utterly or inspire you to participate in a huge selection of water sports for all the family from sailing, fishing or diving to the more extreme kite surfing, water or jet-skiing. If you prefer dry land, the Costa Calida Region and La Manga is famous for its golf in particular. Other land based pursuits include cycling or riding round the Mar Menor; Europe's largest Saltwater lagoon.

Golfing: The Veneziola Golf Course, which is within an easy walk of the 2,3 and 4 bed apartments. It has 9 holes (par 3) bordering the beaches of the Mediterranean. There are beautiful views from the course and the clubhouse has a coffee shop and terraces, pro-shop and driving range. Green fees are 15 euros for 9 holes and 24 for 18 holes. The course is open all year round from 9.30am to 6pm; later in summer. Other golfing options from La Manga include the extensive Golfing facilities at nearby Roda Golf – approx. a 20-minute drive from Veneziola. Here the green fees are from 65 euros for a day rate and rounds will need to be pre-booked.

You can travel a little further afield to enjoy the cultural heritage of this beautiful part of Spain; half an hour to the historic Naval Port of Cartagena or the Roman capital of Murcia within an hour.
